Dr. Robert “Bobby” Waite leads schools towards improvement by assessing its current strengths and weaknesses, providing Professional Development, a plan for improvement and accountability for implementing growth processes. He has worked I’m schools for 25 years as a teacher  and administrator.

There are no perfect schools. In some ways the educational scene is always changing. Yet in other ways, teaching and learning remain the same.
